“I met this kid inside urban outfitters when he was 15,” says Diplo in the intro to Jordan “Swizzymack” Safford’s Diplo & Friends Mix. “He was making the craziest music. I’d never heard anything like it. He’d completely invented a genre — like Baltimore club but he pushes it to 160, 155 BPM. This is some extra hyper teenage angst music from Philadelphia.”

Swizzymack’s debut EP was recently released on Mad Decent‘s Jeffree’s sub label as a limited free download and features three shots of low-end fueled adrenaline, “Bass”, “Bouncin'” and “Drip”.
