This is our story...

Ed Handley and Andy Turner have offered another new single as Plaid ahead of their forthcoming album release. Plaid have been making music together since 1995, and you can still hear that ’90s influence in their music to this day, except it’s refined with a modern edge. Their latest release via Warp Records, “Recall,” demonstrates Plaid’s desire to showcase rippling sound design meant to shake you to your core. It’s brooding and threatening, but not so powerful that it’s too much to handle — Plaid have nailed the sound of a sensory waking nightmare.

Their forthcoming record Polymer is due out on June 7th via Warp; in the meantime, listen to “Recall” below.
