If there’s anyone who knows techno it’s Tom Demac. The North Wales native has worked with the likes of Phil Kieran for Pets Recordings and Glimpse for Crosstown Rebels, not to mention his constant original work on imprints like Hypercolour and Aus Music.
His latest work is a remix of Gazelle Twin’s mind fuck of a song “Belly Of The Beast,” which he turns into a stomping mix of industrial basslines and stabbing synths. Demac’s own brand of high-energy guttural techno is dynamic, and excels in creating an interesting soundscape incorporating vintage Detroit elements and modern sounds.
So go on, take a deep breath and prepare yourselves for the next six minutes of deranged dance music.
