OWSLA has been slaying our headphones this spring thanks to a massive compilation featuring a batch of brand new tunes from Torro Torro, Wiwek, Skrillex, and more. Up next to rep the OWSLA fam, the homie David Heartbreak has teamed up with Aussie mate J-Trick to throw it back to his moombahton glory days on “House Party.”
A track that Heartbreak created for “red cups and beer pong homies,” his team up with J-Trick is that full fledged turn up you’d expect from the duo. Packed with speaker blowing synth, trap-y basslines, alarm samples, and clap along build ups, “House Party” is a cutthroat track perfect for peak hour carnage. Heartbreak and J-Trick apparently had a certain kind of rage hound in mind when they created this track, Heartbreak tells Nest HQ:
This is for those kids who aren’t at the festivals. For those kids doing the 9-5 hustle who need to cut loose, or those kids still under lock and key with their parents. When the parents are away, the kids will play.
