Following 12 stellar releases since its creation in late 2011 by DJ and Producer Brodinski and Manu Barron, French collective and nightlife brand Bromance Records has just announced plans to expand to North and South America with a new Bromance US division.
Brodinski has also announced that the new branch will be launched through a partnership with OWSLA records,
We’ve had in mind to build a proper team in the US to help us for such a long time… Manu was working on other stuff with the OWSLA fellas at that time, and one night we all had dinner, nothing pro, just a huge friendly dinner. When we sat down later with Manu and the crew to talk about opening a new office / antenna out there, it goes without saying that it felt like something pretty obvious: they were our guys, the right team, the American extension of the family.
The first release from the new US outlet will be the label’s debut full length record — a concept album from Toronto’s Illangelo titled History of Man, out August 20th.
Keep an eye out for the upcoming North and South American Bromance Tour dates, launching September 19th and running through October 6th, featuring sets from Gesaffelstein, Brodinski and Louisahhh!!!. Also be sure to grab a free download of Brodinski’s new mixtape below.
