This is our story...

Today, Caroline Cecil, known to the world as WHIPPED CREAM, links up with NEST for an EP telling a story of self-awareness and untiring persistence.

The three-track PERSISTENCE EP sees her focus on refining the distinct hues of her production, with each track embodying a state of mind that either spurs her artistry, or holds her back. The A-side “IGNORANT” is unforgiving and angry, while the B-side “SELFISH” is nonchalant and eerie. According to Caroline, the project embodies an entire culture of impedance faced by young artists today:

I never really felt like I had a home in this game – it has always just been with the people. I want you to know you’re not alone if you’re chasing something right now, and no matter how hard it is, if you remain pushing, scratching, and trying new things to make it happen, you can get there. It was love and persistence that has gotten me to this day, and this is truly just the start of what’s to come.

Through her unabashed dedication to her craft, Caroline has seen massive results. In addition to regular global touring this summer, Caroline’s been lighting up the festival circuit with plays like Shambhala and HARD Summer, packing out the latter’s Green Tent before 1 pm this year.
